Payment: Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rentals of less than 6 months are subject to a Florida Sales Tax and a Manatee County Tourist Tax. These taxes, totaling 11½%, are in addition to the rental amount.

Security/Damage Deposit: A security deposit of $500 is required on all rentals of one month or more. This deposit, payable on arrival, will be returned within 15 days of departure less any extraordinary cleaning or damage charges.

Cleaning: Departure cleaning fee is required. 

Telephone: Comcast phone service is available in every unit complete with voicemail. There are no additional charges for long distance calls in the USA or Canada. International calling requires guests to use a calling card. Fax Service is available through the office at an additional cost.

Parking: Covered parking in assigned spaces is provided for all guests. Additional parking and boat/trailer parking may be available but must be arranged in advance.

Smoking: Harbour Villa Club is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited in all villas, elevators, stairwells and enclosed areas.

Pets: No guest pets are permitted.

Credit Cards: MasterCard and VISA are accepted on weekly rentals.

Boat Slips: Deepwater boat slips for boats up to 50 feet are available at our marina at special guest rates. Arrangements must be made in advance.
